Website Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (this "Policy") was developed as an extension of the commitment of Everpro, a division of Mana Products, Inc. ("we", "us" or "our") to combine the highest-quality products and services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our customers and partners. It is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us, and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Site (as defined below). It is important that you take the time to read and understand this Policy so that you can appreciate how we use your personal information. In addition, please review our Terms of Use which govern your use of this Site. This Policy is subject to change, so visitors are encouraged to review this Policy from time to time. We reserve the right to alter, modify, update, add to, subtract from or otherwise change this Policy at any time for any reason or no reason at all. We will post any changes here, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted unless we tell you otherwise. Your use of our Site indicates that you have read and accepted our privacy practices, as outlined in this Policy.

The Information We Collect

When you visit our website at www.back2blonde.com (our "Site" or the "Back2Blonde Website") you may provide us with two types of information: (1) personally-identifiable information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis, and (2) website use information collected automatically as you browse our Site.

1. Personally-identifiable Information You Choose to Provide

You do not have to provide personally-identifiable information to access or use the Site. However, to take full advantage of the Site, you may choose to furnish us with personally-identifiable information through the Site. For example, if you register for services, such as our mailing list, on the Site, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as name, email address, street/mailing address and phone numbers). We will only collect such information through the Site when you provide it to us voluntarily.

2. Site Use Information

Our Site utilizes "cookies" and web server logs to collect information about how our Site is used. Cookies are text files placed on your hard disk by our web server to store your preferences. Cookies, by themselves, do not tell us your email address or other personally-identifiable information unless you choose to provide this information to us. However, once you choose to provide the personal information, this information may be linked to the data stored in the cookie. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Information gathered through cookies and web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed and time spent at our Site, and the other websites visited just before and just after our Site.

We also may collect certain non-personally identifiable information (i.e. generic information that does not identify you personally) when you visit any of the web pages on our Site, such as the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using, and the domain name of your Internet service provider.

The Site server may also collect internet protocol (IP) address information. Your IP address is an identifying number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your internet service provider (ISP). This number is identified and logged in our and/or our service providers' server log files whenever you visit the Site, along with the time(s) of your visit(s) and the page(s) that you visited.

We may use a tool called "Google Analytics" to collect information about your use of the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this Site, what pages they visit and features they use, and what other website they visited before coming to this Site. We may use the information we get from Google Analytics to assess the use of and improve our Site. For more information about the data collected by Google Analytics, please see its privacy policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. You may also prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics by installing the following add-on tool https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We use your IP address, and the IP addresses of all users, to calculate usage levels on the Site, to help diagnose problems with the Site servers, and to generally administer the Site. Your IP address is or may be used to help identify you, to track activity within our Site and to gather broad demographic information. We also may use IP addresses to communicate with users and, if necessary, to block access by users who fail to comply with our Terms of Use.
